  2. Sooji (semolina) – 100gm
  3. Refined Oil- to fry Bhatura
  4. Sugar- 1 Tea spoon
  5. Baking soda- 1 Tea spoon
  6. Salt- 1 Tea spoon
  7. Dahi (Curd) – 1 bowl(150ml)

    • Yes Kalyani You can use wheat flour in place of maida, but in that case you have to soak suji for 15 minutes. For soaking sooji take water to its level only that much it can soak easily. In this way you can make healthy bhature

  1. Wen I flatten the maid to make bhatura, I can’t make bhaturamore than the size of puri. Wen I flatten it comes to its previous position due to elasticity.
