Ingredients for Gujarati Khandvi Recipe


  • Besan (Gram Flour)- 1 bowl
  • Curd – 1 bowl
  • Water- 2 bowl
  • Haldi (Turmeric Powder)- ¼ tea spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder- ½ Tea Spoon
  • Salt- ½ Tea Spoon
  • Hing (asafoetida)- Pinch of
  • Ginger Powder (Sund) – ¼ tea spoon
  • Refined oil- 2 tea spoon
  • Mustard Seeds (Sarso) – 1 Tea Spoon
  • Fresh Coconut Grated- 1Bowl
  • Coriander (Dhaniya) (for garnishing)
