Rava Idli Recipe Ingredients
- Sooji – 1 cup
- Sour Curd (Khatti Dahi) – 1/2 cup
- Baking soda – 1/4 tsp or Eno- 1/2 tsp
- Water to make a medium consistency of batter (around 3 table spoons)
- Chopped Cashew Nuts – 10
- Ghee – 5 tsp (For Roasting Rava)
- Salt – as per taste (Approx 1/2 tsp)
- Hing – pinch of
- Sarso seeds – 1 tsp
- Chana Dal – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaves- 10
