  • Carom Seeds (Ajwain)- 1.5tsp
  • Black Salt- 2 tsp
  • Deggi Mirch- 1.5tsp (type of red chilli powder)
  • Salt- 150gm
  • Black Pepper Powder (kali mirch)- 1tsp
  • Asafoetida(Hing)- 1.5tsp

    The lemon pickle recipe was easy and great. I tried it and the pickle made is very tasty.
    But , after how many days will it turn to dark brown colour ? After showing sunlight for 10 days, how and where should I keep it now ?

      Keep lemon pickle in sunlight for more 5 days and after that in room temperature only it will be darker over the time.
