1. Cottage Cheese [Paneer] (chopped in large square) – 400g
2. Onions (finely chopped) – 2
3. Garlics (finely chopped) – 10
4. Tomatoes (coarsely chopped) – 200g (To be pureed)
5. Green chilies (coarsely chopped) – 2
6. Ginger (coarsely chopped) – 1 inch
7. Coriander leaves (finely chopped) – some leaves
8. Oil (Refined) – 3 tablespoons (1 for matar & 2 for tomato gravy)
9. Fresh Peas (Matar) – 400 g
10. Salt – to taste (around ½ tablespoon in matar & 1 tablespoon in tomato gravy)
11. Bay leaves – 2
12. Cinnamon – 1
13. Black cardamom – 1
14. Cloves – 2
15. Cumin seeds [Jira] – 1 tablespoon*
16. Deggi Chili powder – 1 tablespoon
17. Coriander powder [Dhania] – 1 tablespoon
18. Turmeric powder [Haldi] – ½ tablespoon
19. Water (in gravy)
20. Garam Masala – ¼ teaspoon
