  • Moong Dhuli Dal- 75gm
  • Masoor Dhuli Dal- 75gm
  • Onion- 1 (chopped)
  • Tomato – 5 or 150gm
  • Ginger- 1 inch (sliced)
  • Green Coriander- handful
  • Green Chilli- 1 (chopped)
  • Jeera (cumin)- 1/2tsp
  • Jeera Powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1/4tsp
  • Desi Ghee- 2tbs
