Popularity of Oats is growing day by day due to its health benefits. But then also many people can’t eat oats because they don’t like its taste or I can say they don’t know how to make Oats in a proper way.
Today I will share one of my favourite Oats Recipe, that is Oats Kheer recipe. Now as many of you know that I am a diabetic patient, so how can I talk about Kheer? Why not, we can make oats kheer in a way that whether you are a diabetic or want to lose weight, it can become your best breakfast companion.
Oats Kheer Ingredients
- Milk – 1/2 litre
- Oats – 3 tbs
- Dryfruits (Almonds, Cashew, Chironji, Kishmish, Pista etc.)
- Desi Ghee – 1tsp
- Honey/ Shakr – As per taste
