All Vegetable around 1 KG

  • Potato (aalu)- 6-7
  • Cauliflower (gobhi) – 150gm
  • Turnip (shalgam) – 3
  • Bottle Gourd (Gheeya)- 250hm
  • Carrot (gajar) – 3-4
  • Brinjal (baingan) – 1 medium size
  • Peas (matar) – 1 bowl
    You can add any seasonal vegetables, like pumpkin.

Ingredients for Tadka | tempering

  • Fine Chopped Ginger- 1 inch
  • FineChopped Garlic- 1 bunch
  • Fine Chopped Onions- 2
  • Grinded Tomatoes- 6
  • Pao Bhaji Masala- 1tbs
  • Turmeric- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt- 3/4 tea spoon
  • Chopped Coriander- 20gm
  • Refined- 2.5 tbs (1 small bowl)
