  • White Chickpea (White Chole) – 250gm
  • Salt- 1tea spoon
  • Red Chilli- 1/2 spoon
  • Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) – 1/2 spoom
  • Pomegranate seeds powder (Anar Dana)- 1 tea spoon
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves(Kasuri Methi) – 1 tea spoon
  • Dry Rose Petals (Gulab Ki Pankhudi) – 1tbs
  • Garam Masala  – 1/2 tea spoon
  • Ginger – 1 inch (Chop it in long slices)
  • Hing- a pinch
  • Refined Oil- 1.5 tbs

Ingredients for Tadka Masala

  • Onion- 1
  • Tomato- 2
  • Ginger- 1/2 inch
  • Garlic Cloves- 5
  • Green Chilli- 2

    Meenuji, your recipes are very easy to understand and interesting. A suggestion – it would be nice if you can give the recipe in a page or two. Its little difficult to turn 9 pages for a recipe – eg chole batura.

    I tried making your navrathri recipes and it came out well. Thank you so much. Pl continue to share your cooking secrets
