    Indeed flax seeds are very good for controlling cholesterol. I make tisi out of the flax seeds nd use it in my curries nd on my dahi. Easily goes into ur body.

    Flax seed can make powder , and can take in break fast with idli or dosa. Whether flax seeds have. To roast or not reply or in any way we can use flax seeds
