As my dietitian suggested me high protein meal for weight loss, so these days I try to experiment something new with high protein ingredients. For any vegetarian soybean is one of the rich protein way to meet the levels in their diet.
In this recipe I patch up two nutritious ingredients and that are Soybean chunks & French beans. Trust me this combination will really turn out delicious.
Here are Ingredients for Soyabean Chunks with French Beans
Soyabean Chunks – 100gm
French Beans – 200gm
Onion – 2 medium size
Salt – As per Taste
Black Cardamom (Moti Elaichi)- 1

Turmeric (Haldi)- 1/4 tsp
