Today I will share a super yummy recipe of veggie cheesy garlic bread. Most of us are big fan of garlic bread and love its aroma. So today I will add some cheese & veggies to garlic bread. Previously I share garlic bread recipe with you all, now here is cheesy avtar for you.
I will tell you how you can make it in different ways, with different ingredients & equipment. So that you can make it with easy available items at your place.
So Here are ingredients for Veggie Cheesy Garlic Bread
- Bread – 4 slices (White/Brown/Multi Grain)
- Butter – 2 tbs
- Garlic – 3-4 (fine grate or crushed)
- Cheese – 100 grams (gratted)
- Chopped vegetables – 1 cup (Onion, Capsicum, olives, mushroom etc.)
- Olive oil/ butter – 1/2 tsp
- Oregano Mix as per taste
- Red chilli flakes
- Salt as per taste
Note – If you have Garlic Flavored Butter, then skip Normal Butter & Garlic.
