  • Paste of 2 tomato + 1 Green chilli + 1 Inch Ginger
  • Tomatoes (Chopped)- 4
  • Salt- 1tsp
  • Deggi Mirch (Red Chilli Powder)- 1 tsp
  • Saunf Powder (fennel seeds)- ½ tsp
  • Turmeric- ¼ tsp
  • Hing- ¼ tsp
  • Jeera- ¼ tsp
  • Kasuri Methi- 1 tsp
  • Dhania- handful
  • Refined oil- 3 tbs
