Curd Rice For Lite & Healthy Diet Meal
Many of you asked for some diet meals which can be made easily. So today I am adding a new lite option for you which you can have in Lunch or Dinner. Curd rice is my all time favorite & it is very much easy to make. You can make it in just few minutes. Curd rice is also very much good for stomach, as it keeps your tummy cool in summers. Rice & curd both are cool in nature, that’s why in summer I use to make it frequently.

Ingredients we need for curd rice
- Boiled rice
- Curd – 1/2 kg
- Dry whole Red Chilli – 2
- Salt – as per taste
- Sarso (Mustard Seeds) – 1 tsp
- Chana Dal – 1 tbs
- Fresh Curry Leaves – 15-20
