Ingredients For Dahi Bhalla | Dahi Vada Recipe

  • White Lentil (Urad Dhuli)- 250gm
  • Semolina (Sooji)- 1tbs
  • Yogurt or curd (Dahi)- 1kg
  • Raisins (Kishmish)- 50gm
  • Roasted Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)- 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida (hing)- 1/4 tsp
  • Black Salt (Kala Namak)- 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)- 1/2 tsp
  • Refined Oil- To fry Bhalle
  • For Garnishing- Pomegranate (anar) and cottage cheese (seasonal fruits like grapes)
