Now this story is quite popular, but we all are still unaware of origin of this special Diet Plan.

This Diet plan is divided into 7 days simple formula.

This diet chart has 7 Rules, 1 rule for each day.

You Can lose upto 7 kgs in 7 days it can vary person to person.

Drink 8-2 glasses water in a day.

You can do simple yoga pranayam during this diet chart period.

Here is Daily Rules of this GM diet plan for 7 days

Day One

  • Eat only Fruits
  • No Maximum Limit to eat fruits, Eat as much as you can satisfy your hunger
  • Don’t Eat Banana. Eat more Melons. You can make fruit chaat with salt or chaat masala 🙂

Day Two

  • Eat Only Fruits, Raw or cooked form.
  • No Limit, eat as per your hunger. Cook vegetables in little or no oil, just use oil for saute.
  • Potatoes should be skip in it, or you can have potatoes only in breakfast.

Day Three

  • Eat only fruits & vegetables, expect Banana & Potatoes.
  • Again No Limit, enjoyit till you satisfy your hunger.

Day Four

  • Consume only Bananas & Milk.
  • Here is limit, 6 large or 8 small bananas.
  • Drink 3 glasses of milk, toned or double toned. A2 Cow Milk is preferable.

Day Five

  • Eat 300 gms of Paneer or Cooked Brown rice.
  • Eat 6 raw Tomatoes.
  • Increase water intake by 2 glasses as compared to daily intake.

Day Six

  • 300 gm of paneer or cooked brown rice.
  • Unlimited vegetables except potatoes.
  • Increase water intake by 2 glasses as compared to daily intake.

Day Seven

  • Eat only brown rice, fruits, fruit juice and vegetables.
  • No limit for any item.

This diet plan will low your calorie count and can make you fit without compromising with nutrients.
