Ingredients For Green Curd Dip Recipe | Yogurt Dip
- Coriander (Dhania)- 25gm
- Mint (Mint)- 25gm
- Hung Curd (Dahi) – 150gm
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Cumin Seed Powder(Jeera)- 1/2 tsp
- Garlic buds – 5-7
- Lemon- 1
- Green Chilli- 2

For this recipe I am using hung curd or yogurt, as normal curd has excess water in it and if you use that one then water will float over your dip.
For this particular recipe you can “hung” curd for 1-1.5 hours.
- So to make green curd dip firstly wash and separate coriander (dhania) and mint (pudina) leaves.
- Now Put green chilli, garlic buds, mint and coriander leaves, cumin seeds powder (jeera powder), salt and lemon juice in a grinder jar. After this grind all ingredients together till they turn into a smooth paste. Now take this paste it out in a mixing jar.
- In last mix hung curd and paste well. Mix them perfectly and you will get yummy green curd dip ready in 3 steps.
