Dhokla Idli Recipe | Fusion of South Indian & Gujarati Cuisine !!

Love Dhokla & Idli ? So here I merge both super Indian snacks in a single dish that is “Idli Dhokla”. It will look like idli with the color of dhokla, and taste like dhokla with the firm feel of idli.

This recipe of idli dhokla is too easy that you can make it anytime when you wish to have dhokla or idli.
I love this idli dhokla with nariyal chutney (coconut chatni). You can try different options with this super fusion and make this snack more interesting.

Let the Dhokla sit outside refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving, if it was refrigerated. This would help it soften.
