- Maida – 1/2 cup
- Corn Flour – 1 tsp
- Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
- Vinegar (Sirka) – 1/2 tsp
- Curd (Dahi)- 1 tsp
- water – 5 tbs or as required to make batter
- Yellow food color or haldi – 1/8 tsp
- Water – 1/4 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Saffron –
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder / elachi powder
- Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp ghee
- oil for deep frying
