Mumbai Style Paneer Sandwich | My Favorite Breakfast

Paneer Sandwich is my one of the favorite breakfast & teatime snack. Paneer sandwich is a health option for all time snack for hunger in between meals.
Paneer has nutrients like calcium & protein, with that another main ingredient is atta/multi grain bread which is again a healthy option. Now moreover that we will add veggies & spices to it which will make it more healthy. So allover this is a great healthy option for everyone and specially kids.

Ingredients of Paneer sandwich

  • Paneer – 250gm (grated)
  • Dahi – 2 tbs
  • Haldi – 1 pinch
  • Jeera powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – As per taste
  • Dhaniya powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Amchur – 1/2 tsp
  • Capsicum – 1/2 (sliced)
  • Tomato – 2 (chopped)
  • Atta/ Multigrain Bread slices
  • Green Chutney
  • Butter
  • Chaat Masala – for sprinkle
