Ingredients For Rajma Masala Recipe

 

  • Rajma (Red Kidney Bean) – 400gm
  • Onions- 2
  • Tomato puree- 4 Tomatoes and 2 Green chillies
  • Chopped Garlic – 15-20
  • Chopped Ginger- 1 inch
  • Green Coriander (Dhaniya) – 1 bowl
  • Garam masala (Mixed Spices) – ½ spoon
  • Black Cardamom (Moti Elaichi) – 2
  • Cloves (Long) – 2-3
  • Bay leaf (Tez Patta) – 2-3
  • Salt- 1.5 spoom
  • Degi Mirch (type of red chilli) For Color- ½ spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch) – ¼ spoon
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) – 2 spoons
  • Refined oil – 2 tbs
