Super Healthy Weight Loss Hot Drink
What we need to make this drink ?
Beetroot (Chukandar) – 1 medium size
Red Carrot – 1
Tomatoes – 8 (4 Desi + 4 Hybrid)
Spinach Leaves – 5-6 (Optional)
Ginger – 1 inch
Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – As per Taste
Basil Leaves Powder – 1/2 tsp
Here are steps to make this Drink
- Firstly wash peel and cut beetroot, ginger and carrot into pieces. With that wash spinach leaves and tomatoes.
- Now put tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, ginger & spinach in pressure cooker, with that add 1 glass water to it.
- Cook them till 4 whistles.
- After that blend them all with a hand blender. If you don’t have a hand blender, then let them cool down and blend them in mixer jar.
- Now filter all pulp and take it out in a pan.
- Add black salt, cumin powder, salt and basil leaves powder to it and cook it for 5 minutes.
- After a boil serve it hot and have it.
